Spankmepink aka Tilly Farts Takes Her First Enema and Defecates

Spankmepink aka Tilly Farts gets busy in the bathroom, her anticipation palpable as she prepares for her first enema. The water fills the enema bag, and she carefully inserts the nozzle, feeling the liquid rush into her bowels. Moments later, she squats over the toilet, and a massive stream of poop erupts, splashing into the bowl. The sheer volume and weight of the mess is staggering.
