1. Age Verification & Jurisdictional Compliance

Access is strictly limited to adults meeting the following criteria:

Upon termination: (a) your license ceases immediately; (b) you remain liable for any violations occurring prior to termination; (c) we may block your IP address and device fingerprints.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary hosting infrastructure is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. Failing settlement, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration association, conducted in English.

Class action lawsuits are expressly waived. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity.
